A man was stabbed repeatedly during a bloody fight in Times Square on Saturday as the city celebrated New Year’s Eve, police said. according to a report by Fox NewsThe victim is a 41 year old male. He suffered multiple stab wounds to the torso and back and was taken to Bellevue Hospital in serious but stable condition.

A New York Police Department spokesperson told Fox News Digital that a man believed to be homeless got into an altercation with another person he may have known at the corner of 7th Avenue and 40th Street Was, off One Times Square, 11 o’clock. The criminal was not arrested as he fled from the scene. The male is in his 20s and has a dark complexion. He is wearing a black jacket and black pants.

Fox News further confirmed that the victim is a professional criminal with over 25 arrests and that the brawl was “gang related”.
