Mark Zuckerberg sold San Francisco for Rs 247 crore!

New Delhi: Mark Zuckerberg, CEO of Meta, has reportedly sold his San Francisco home for around Rs 374 crore ($31 million) from the house he bought a decade ago. According to a report in The Real Sale, Zuckerberg paid $10 million in his initial purchase that year for the Dolores Heights property at 3450 21st St. However, the current $31 million deal is reportedly the largest residential transaction to happen in San Francisco this year.

Zuckerberg reportedly spent a lot of money to replace the house after he bought it. As per the listing the property was over 7,400 sq ft. The Facebook founder has reportedly made further changes to the four-storey building. (Also read: Meta’s love ends, ‘tuned’ social app for couples closed)

However, such changes were not easy, as Zuckerberg received numerous complaints from neighbors related to the fuss from all the construction work. They also faced parking issues with their neighbors.

Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg’s net worth is estimated by Forbes to be $67.3 billion by 2022. He ranks as the fifteenth richest person in the world according to Forbes.

Also, according to media reports, Zuckerberg owns a “five-house compound” worth $37 million in Silicon Valley. After purchasing four adjacent homes, he expanded the original $7 million Palo Alto home he bought in 2011 into a larger property.
