Determination and perseverance are the keys to success. When someone has a strong intention to achieve their goal, even the most formidable obstacles cannot deter them. One such story is that of Ramlal from Rajasthan.

He was married off at 11 and became a father at 20. Despite these challenges, his determination to study and become a doctor never faltered. After overcoming numerous difficulties, he is now on the verge of achieving his dream of becoming a doctor.

This is the story of Ramlal from Ghosunda village in Chittorgarh district of Rajasthan. Despite coming from a small village and facing numerous challenges, he was determined to pursue his dream of becoming a doctor.

He was married when he was 11 years old while still studying in Class 6, and by the age of 20, he was a father to a daughter. Despite these responsibilities, he decided to prepare for the NEET exam to achieve his goal of becoming a doctor.

Balancing his studies with family obligations was far from easy, but his determination drove him forward. Ramlal studied till Class 10 at a government school in his village. After Class 12, he was uncertain whether to pursue Arts, Commerce, or Science.

During this time, someone suggested that he study Biology to become a doctor. Encouraged by this advice, he chose to focus on Biology till he completed his Class 12. After finishing school, he had two options — start a small job or pursue his dream of becoming a doctor.

Opting for the latter, he went to Kota to prepare for the NEET examination. To support his dream, his father took out a loan and his mother sold her jewellery. Leaving his family behind, he settled in Kota and attempted the NEET exam four times, facing failure each time. Then came the pressure from his family to leave his NEET preparation and find a job instead.

His initial NEET scores were 350, 320, and 362, which affected his morale, but he remained determined. Finally, in his fifth attempt in 2022, he succeeded, scoring 632 out of 720. With this achievement, he finally got admission in an MBBS program.
