Now make a paste of sauce by mixing chili tomato ketchup, mustard and mayonnaise in a bowl. In another bowl, beat the egg whites with salt. Add the prepared herb paste to this egg mixture.

Take a bread slice, apply the sauce paste and place 2 cheese slices on it. Place another chutney roti. repeat. Refrigerate for 2-3 minutes. Dip bread-cheese-sauce sandwich into egg mixture.
