Mangaluru Central-Mumbai Lokmanya Tilak Terminus (LTT)-Mangaluru Central Matsyagandha Express (Train No. 12620/12619) will operate only up to Panvel with immediate effect and up to December 11 on LTT to facilitate up-gradation of Pitline No. 6.

Southern and Konkan Railway’s release said that train number 12620 Mangaluru Central-Mumbai LTT Matsyagandha Express traveling from November 8 to December 11 will be terminated at Panvel station. Its pairing service, train number 12619 Mumbai LTT-Mangaluru Central Matsyagandha Express, running from 9 November to 12 December, will start from Panvel at 4.33 pm.

Similarly, the journey of train number 16346 Thiruvananthapuram Central-Mumbai LTT Netravathi Express will terminate at Panvel from November 8 to December 11. Its pair service, train number 16345 Mumbai LTT – Thiruvananthapuram Central Netravathi Express will leave Panvel at 12.55 pm from November 11 to December 13.

Meanwhile, KRCL has said that the two pairs of trains running through Mangaluru Junction will run on AC traction, driven by electric locomotives.

Train No. 20932/20931 Indore-Kochuveli-Indore Weekly Express will be hauled by Electric Locomotive from 8th November to 11th November. Also, Train No. 19260/19259 Bhavnagar-Kochuveli-Bhavnagar Weekly Express will run on AC traction from November. 15 and 17 November respectively.
