KTR reacted to these clarifications made by Mandaviya and posted two communications from former health ministers to the state government in 2015 and 2019.

The Telangana government has continuously requested for medical colleges, but the fact is that your The government has given zero,” he said in a tweet.

Responding further to KTR on the issue of medical colleges, the Union Health Minister shared a previous communication to Telangana by his predecessor Harsh Vardhan in August 2019, on the request of the state government to upgrade the existing district hospitals into medical colleges.
