Reports have it that Leena Nair will be in London in her new position with the channel.

Anglo-Dutch FMCG major Unilever’s first woman and youngest chief human resources officer Lena Nair has stepped down to join French luxury conglomerate Chanel as global chief executive.
She was a member of the Unilever Leadership Executive (ULE), which is responsible for delivering Unilever’s business and financial performance.
Announcing the change in its leadership executive, Unilever said in a statement, “Lena Nair, CHRO, has decided to leave the company in January 2022 to pursue a new career opportunity as Global Chief Executive Officer, Channel Ltd. “
According to reports, Ms Nair, in her new position with French luxury conglomerate Chanel, will be based in London.
“I would like to thank Lena for her outstanding contributions over the past three decades. Lena has been a leader at Unilever throughout her career, but nothing more than her role as CHRO, where she has been a driving force on our equity We are on the diversity and inclusion agenda, on the transformation of our leadership development, and on our preparedness for the future of work,” said Alan Jopp, CEO of Unilever.
He has been instrumental in building our purpose-led, future-friendly organization, which is now the employer of choice in over 50 countries globally.
Ms. Nair, an alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur, joined HUL, the Indian subsidiary of Unilever, in 1992 and worked for 30 years.
