Mercedes-Benz India introduced new amg The 45 S 4MATIC+ price in India is ₹ 79.50 Lakh (Ex-showroom). It is the hottest hatchback on sale in the country right now and packs 415 bhp and 500 Nm of peak torque from its 2.0-litre four-cylinder, turbocharged engine. 0-100 kmph comes in 3.9 seconds and the top speed of the car is 270 kmph. In fact, the AMG Mill is the world’s most powerful four-cylinder engine in series production and follows AMG’s one engine, one mechanic philosophy. This model is made in Affalterbach, Germany and comes as a completely built unit in India.

The Mercedes-AMG A45S comes in a single variant with the S suffix adding another 33 bhp over the standard model

The new Mercedes-AMG A45S is mated to an AMG SpeedShift DCT 8G transmission that is specifically tailored to the needs of the powerful engine. It comes with AMG Active Ride Control and the fully convertible AMG Performance 4MATIC+ all-wheel-drive system. The model technically sits at the top of the A-Class family in both price and power.
The A45S AMG gets AMG Driver’s Package as standard which limits the top speed to 270 kmph
Compared to the AMG A35, the Mercedes-AMG A45S gets a reinforced shell, stiffer suspension, bigger brakes and even a different steering wheel. The body shell has also been strengthened for better stability and dynamic handling at high speeds. Apart from the various driving modes available, the car also comes with a distinctive race mode, while you also get an AMG drift mode.

Visually, the Mercedes-AMG A45 S differentiates itself with the 4MATIC+ Panamericana grille, multibeam LED headlamps, new signature LED taillights, wider wheel arches that accommodate the massive 19-inch alloy wheels.
