Sattar said that Uddhav Thackeray had only visited the fields for 24 minutes.

“What did he see in 24 minutes? I don’t know. When he was the chief minister, he had said that Rs 50,000 per hectare should be paid to the affected farmers, but he seems to have forgotten his point,” he said.
