The Ministry has released vacancies for the posts of Junior Accountant, Lower Division Clerk, PS, Steno and MTS.

The Ministry of Communications is providing an amazing opportunity for candidates who want government jobs. The Ministry has released vacancies for the posts of Junior Accountant, Lower Division Clerk, PS, Steno and MTS. Candidates who want to apply for these posts should visit the official website of the Ministry of Communications dot.gov.in.  The application process has already started.  The last date to apply is on or before October 21.

Total number of posts:

  1. Junior Accountant- 9 posts.

  2. Lower Division Clerk- 15 posts.

  3. PS- 1 post.

  4. Steno- 1 post.

  5. MTS- 1 post.

There are a total number of 27 posts which will be filled through this recruitment.

Eligibility Criteria:

  1. For the post of Junior Accountant, officials should be holding analogous posts in Central/State Govt Department/Ministries/ Autonomous Bodies/ PSUs on regular basis or LDC with 5 years of regular service or UDCs with 3 years of regular service.

  2. For the post of Lower Division Clerk, officials should be holding analogous posts in Central/State Govt Department/Autonomous Bodies/ PSUs.

  3. PS ( Gr B Gazetted), officials holding analogous posts on Central/State Govt Depts/Ministries/Autonomous Bodies/PSUs.

  4. Steno ( Gr. C), officials holding analogous posts in Central/State Govt Depts/Ministries/ Autonomous Bodies/PSUs.

Age limit:

The maximum age limit for appointment on deputation shall be 56 years as on the closing date of the receipt of application, that is September 30.

Salary Structure:

  1. Junior Accountant – Rs 29,200 to Rs 92,300 under Level-5.

  2. Lower Division Clerk – Rs 19,900 to Rs 63,200 through Level-2.

  3. PS – Rs 44,900 to Rs 14,2400 under Level-7.

  4. Steno – Rs 25,500 to Rs 81,100 through Level-4.

  5. MTS – Rs 18,000 to Rs 56,900 under Level-1.
