Kadam won the gold medal at the fourth Para National tournament in Odisha followed by gold and silver in Spanish. para badminton International II.
He also won bronze at the Spanish Para Badminton International and a silver medal at the Brazil Para Badminton International 2022.
Kadam is currently training in Peru and will participate in the Bahrain Para-Badminton International (May 16-21), the 4th Faiza Dubai Para-Badminton International (May 23-29) and the Canada Para-Badminton International (June 6-12) .
SAI’s Mission Olympic Cell had inducted six para athletes in the core team of the Target Olympic Podium Scheme (TOPS).
The list includes four para shuttlers Mansi Joshi (Badminton – SL3), Nitya Shre (Badminton – SH6), Mandeep Kaur (Badminton – SL3) and Manisha Ramdas (Badminton – SU5).
