Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited Denmark on TuesdayDuring this he addressed the India-Denmark Business Forum. During his speech, he redefined the expression ‘FOMO’, which means ‘fear of missing out’. Instead, he said that those who do not invest in India will surely miss out. Addressing the India-Denmark Business Forum, Modi said the ongoing economic reforms have created investment opportunities in various sectors such as green technology, cold chains, shipping and ports.

He said that India is also working on PM-Gatishakti program to build infrastructure for the next generation. “The term FOMO or ‘fear of missing out’ is on the rise on social media these days. Looking at India’s reforms and investment opportunities, I can say that those who do not invest in our country are definitely missing out. Will go.” The Prime Minister’s Office quoted him as saying.

Modi, who is on an official visit to the Nordic nation, told the gathering that there is great potential for investment in green technology. He further said that the business world of India and Denmark have often worked together in the past.

“The forces of our nations complement each other,” he said.

Later, Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) spokesperson Arindam Bagchi tweeted pictures of Modi and Danish Prime Minister Mette Fredriksson attending the India-Denmark business forum with top business leaders of the two countries as well as greeting the two leaders. Later a video was also tweeted. Meeting by members of the Indian community.

About the business forum meeting, Bagchi said, “Enriching dialogue on ways to add to Denmark’s skills and India’s scale, particularly in the areas of clean energy and climate friendly technologies.”

Modi, who arrived here from Germany, was accorded a special welcome by his Danish counterpart at the airport.
