Congress in-charge for Gujarat affairs Raghu Sharma on Friday claimed that there is a lot of anger against the BJP in the state, and called the ruling party “anti-tribal”.

He said the party’s stand towards tribals was evident from the recent attacks on Congress MLA and tribal leader Anant Patel, which he alleged was done at the behest of Gujarat BJP chief CR Patil.

Sharma also accused the new entrants, the Aam Aadmi Party and AIMIM, as the “B-team” of the BJP, as they were supporting the saffron party in elections across the country, including in Gujarat.

He claimed that there is a misconception that Congress is nowhere in Gujarat, but it is a big mistake of such people as Congress will come to power in the elections and will win 125 seats in the upcoming elections and form its government.

“There is a lot of anger among the people, especially the tribals, against the ruling BJP in the state. Congress is preparing to form its next government in Gujarat.

“AAP and AIMIM are also working as ‘B-team’ of BJP as they have no cadre in Gujarat and everyone who works for them is paid,” he alleged.
