  • To start with the recipe, take a saucepan, add oil to it and fry all the vegetables. You can use any vegetable as per your choice.
  • After all the vegetables are fried, add spices like black pepper, garam masala and salt as per taste.
  • Now add boiled chicken water to the veggie mixture and cook for 2-3 minutes. Then add coconut milk, cover and boil for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add the chicken pieces along with one and a half tsp of turmeric and boil again till the chicken tastes well.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and you are good to go!
