All you need to make this recipe is a bowl of soaked moong dal paste, bread slices, some chopped vegetables and seasonings.

Method to make Bread Pakora:

  • Take a big container, put moong dal paste in it.
  • Now add chopped vegetables (onion, capsicum and carrot) along with salt, red chili powder, mango powder and chaat masala. If the solution is too thick, add water.
  • Mix everything well.
  • Take a piece of bread, spread the batter and toast it on the griddle. Cook from both the sides.
  • Serve with ketchup or mint chutney.
