Bathinda : Punjab Police On Monday, a person was again arrested in connection with the murder of a person from Haryana’s Sirsa district. Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose WalaSources said that eight sharp shooters involved in the case have also been identified.
Police sources said the person has been identified as Sandeep alias Kenkara, a resident of Kalanwali village in Sirsa district.

He said that Kenkara’s role in the murder case is under investigation for allegedly providing information about the movement of Moose Wala to the shooters involved in the murder.
The killers used a crab to track down the crime and the police are believed to have cracked down on him based on the CCTV footage.
Sources said that Davinder alias Kala was nabbed from Fatehabad on Sunday evening, taking the total number of people arrested in the case from Haryana so far to four. The two suspects involved in the murder were allegedly staying with Davinder, they said.
Two other suspects were arrested on June 3. Punjab Fatehabad police and his role in the murder of Moose Wala were being investigated.

Meanwhile, eight sharpshooters have been identified by the police in connection with the case and they hail from different states, including Punjab, Haryana and Maharashtra, sources said.
Apart from this, some people have also been arrested by the police and many important clues have been found in connection with the murder, he said.
Police has formed 15 teams to arrest the culprits involved in the murder.
On May 29, Moose Wala was shot dead by unidentified assailants in Mansa district of Punjab.
The first arrest in the case was made by the Punjab Police on May 31, two days after the murder. Manpreet Singh, who was arrested from Uttarakhand, was charged with providing logistical support to the attackers.
Meanwhile, politicians continued to reach Moose Wala’s native village in Mansa to meet the singer’s family to express their condolences.
Senior Congress leader Sachin Pilot, who met the family on Monday, said, “There can be no greater pain than seeing a father watching his younger son die like this. Everyone wants justice in this incident.”
During an interaction with reporters, he expressed concern over the alleged deteriorating law and order situation in Punjab.
“Every day some event happens. Drug mafia, gangsters and terrorist elements are spreading their nets,” said the Congress leader from Rajasthan.
Referring to the murder of Moose Wala, he said that the state and central government should get to the bottom of the incident and those involved in this gruesome murder should be given strict punishment.
He said that Moose Wala was a popular singer and Congress leader.
Pilot said that the people of Punjab have seen the dark days of terrorism and no one would want such a phase to come again at any cost.
BJP leader Manjinder Singh Sirsa, after meeting the family on Sunday, had said that the Center was ready to get a probe into the murder of Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Wala done by a central agency like the NIA on the recommendation of the Punjab government.
Senior Congress leader Pratap Singh Bajwa also wrote to Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann urging him to “transfer the murder case to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) or the National Investigation Agency (NIA) so that justice can be given to the family.” as soon as possible”.
Moose Wala was shot dead by unidentified assailants in Punjab’s Mansa district on May 29, a day after the state government cut his security. His cousin and a friend who were traveling with him in the jeep were also injured in the attack.
Moose Wala was among 424 people whose security was temporarily withdrawn or reduced by the Punjab Police.
The state police had termed the incident as a case of inter-gang rivalry and said that Lawrence Bishnoi gang was behind the murder. Goldie Barr, a Canadian resident, who is a member of the gang, claimed responsibility for the murder.
