Lewis Hamilton became the first Formula One driver to win 100 races with a victory in Russia that sent him back to the top of the championship.
Red Bull’s Max Verstappen finished second after starting from last place, with Hamilton now two points clear to limit the loss. Spain’s Carlos Sainz finished third for Ferrari.
While seven-time world champion Hamilton celebrated an individual century, his Mercedes team maintained their 100% record in Sochi. Champions have won every Russian Grand Prix since the first time in 2014.
