How to make Moth Kachori | Moth Kachori Recipe

Firstly, soak the moth in a pressure cooker and boil it. Then in a pan add ginger-garlic paste and fry it with onions. After this, add red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, mango powder and salt along with the cooked dal.

To make Kachori, knead the dough with maida, wheat flour, salt and fennel seeds and keep it for some time. Then roll it and fry soft kachoris out of it.
