How to make Dhaba-Style Paneer:

Begin by marinating the paneer cubes in salt, chili powder, garam masala, turmeric powder. Fry the paneer in ghee in a pan on medium heat. Take another pan, fry cumin seeds, bay leaves, cinnamon sticks, crushed cardamom, cloves, black pepper and dry red chillies in ghee. Add chopped onions to the spices, fry till the onions turn golden. Add ginger, garlic, green chili, coriander powder, Kashmiri red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder and gram flour. Mix grated tomato and water to make gravy. Add curd to make the gravy creamy. finally, add the roasted paneer to the gravy and let it cook for a few minutes, the curry is ready!
