All . a leader of India The Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) is offering biryani and breakfast to newcomers to the organization as part of a campaign to expand the party’s base in the Narela assembly constituency of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
The Asaduddin Owaisi-led party had for the first time contested the recently held urban civic polls in the state and won seven corporators seats.
“We are welcoming those who did not get due respect in their parties, be it BJP or Congress. When they come to our office to join the organisation, as a mark of respect, we offer them biryani or snacks like samosas and tea, just like we do to the guests at our homes,” said AIMIM leader Peerzada Tauqir Nizami. told PTI.
He said Nizami said that the new entrants are garlanded and offered food as per their respective religious practices. They should feel that they have come to the right place. He said that I listen to their problems and try to solve them.
Over 20,000 people have so far joined the party during the ongoing campaign, with the AIMIM leader claiming that the move would be repeated by the party in other assembly constituencies of Bhopal after Diwali. Nizami said that we had organized a public meeting of party president Owaisi in Narela during the recently held municipal elections, he said that he was asked to work for the party in Bhopal.
