MP Board 10th, 12th Result Declared: Unable to clear the exam? what are your options

Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (MPBSE) The results of class 10 and 12 board exams have been declared today, April 29 mpbse.nic.in, Of the total 629381 students who appeared in the MP Board 12th examination, 457066 passed it. Meanwhile, 87429 students failed in the exam, while 83949 have been listed for the supplementary exam. For MP Board class 10 result, the pass percentage is 56.84 percent, while a total of 3,55,371 students were unable to clear the exam.

In order to be declared passed in MP Board Class 10 and 12 exams, a candidate has to secure a minimum of 33 per cent marks in each subject. In the subjects having practical aspect, the theory and practical papers should be passed separately. Those who fail to get the passing marks have the option to sit in compartment in the failed subjects to avoid wasting a year. Here are some options for students:

revaluation

Students who are not satisfied with their result in MP Board exam can apply for revaluation of answer sheets. Candidates have to submit the fee along with the online application. The process details are likely to be updated soon on the MP Board website.

compartment exam

To get a second chance to clear the MPBSE Class 10 and 12 board exams, one can apply for either compartment or supplementary exams. However, the option is available only to those who have failed in one or two subjects. The candidates will have to register online and appear for the compartment exam on the scheduled date, which will be updated later on the MP Board website.

repeat class

Candidates failing in three or more subjects will compulsorily repeat the class. They will also not be allowed to appear in the supplementary examination.

This time the MP Board had revised the marking pattern for both the classes and this year decided to allot 80 marks for theory subjects and remaining 20 marks for project work. For subjects with practicals, theory section 30 was given 70 marks for practical assessment.
