A clash broke out between a woman and a female constable over violation of COVID norms in Dewas, Madhya Pradesh. The scuffle took place in front of senior administrative officials. According to reports, the woman was fined for not wearing a mask and was adamant on not paying. In the viral video of the incident, a female constable is seen hitting the woman with slippers.
