Former India captain MS Dhoni, who is enjoying his time off the pitch, made another appearance on Instagram. He has not been very active on the app for the past few years but he can be seen in various posts by fans and his family members. Sakshi Dhoni, his wife, posted a picture from a get-together party with friends and in the photo, Dhoni can be seen sitting for the camera and smiling. He is wearing a black shirt and looks very fit and handsome. A few years back, Dhoni said of his cricketing prowess that he is aging like a fine wine, but the phrase is apt in his life as well.

Dhoni recently logged on to his Instagram to change his display picture after two years. He did this on the occasion of 75th Independence Day of India. The Chennai Super Kings captain marked the occasion with a special DP that featured the tricolor and a caption read: “Proud to be an Indian.”
MSD, as he is popularly called, will appear in the Indian Premier League next year. The 41-year-old had said at the end of IPL 2022 that he was not yet disillusioned with cricket. He will also wear the yellow jersey next year and see if he can win the tournament at CSK’s homeground Chepauk, his fifth title. IPL 203 could be Dhoni’s last outing in the yellow jersey and Dhoni believes he wants to retire in front of home fans. Not to be forgotten, no IPL match has been held in Chennai since 2020 due to Covid-19. In that edition, CSK were not allowed to play at home.
Next year, if the Covid protocols are not in place, the tournament could return to its old format, where all teams play half the matches at their home ground and Chennai fans can again see their favorite Dhoni in action, perhaps at last. Times.
