Multibagger SME Energy IPO gives 470% return to allottees in 7 months

Multibagger Stock: The Indian stock market has produced a handful of multibagger stocks over the past two years, despite the pressures of the global economy due to the COVID-19 pandemic. After being listed at par, the public issue hits its intraday high 51.90 per share. But, the SME energy stock failed to maintain its gains and eventually ended at 48.45, which also reduced its listing date. The share price of Kotyark Industries was listed on NSE SME Exchange on 02 November 2021.

One bidder was allowed to apply in lots and one lot was required 1.02 lakh to apply for SME IPO.

Despite the weakness in the secondary market these days, this bio-diesel stock has given a sharp jump. Last Friday, when the BSE Sensex broke over 1,000 points, Kotayrk Industries’ share price climbed nearly 7 per cent. 291 levels. Hence, if we compare the Kotayark Industries share price with its issue price today 51, the stock has risen by 470 percent in about 7 months.

Therefore, if an allottee, who has applied for a public issue, is investing 1.02 lakh in IPO, remained in stock till date, its 1.02 lakh would have become 5.82 lakh today.
