Stock Split Record Date: The Board of Directors of Nikhil Adhesives Limited has fixed 13 October 2022 as the record date for the subdivision of its shares. The small-cap company has already contemplated and accepted a stock split in the ratio of 10:1, which means each equity share of face value of Rs.10 will be divided into 10 equity shares with a face value of Rs.1 subdivision.
As per the information available on the BSE website, “The trading members of the Exchange are hereby informed that Nikhil Adhesives Limited has fixed the record date as 13/10/2022 for the purpose of sub-division of the equity shares of the Company.”
at the time of reporting Share Market The Exchange, Nikhil Adhesives Ltd., regarding the stock split record date, said, “We would like to inform you that in accordance with Regulation 42 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors of the Company today passed the resolution vide circular resolution , 22nd September, 2022, and fixed the ‘record date’ on ‘Thursday, the 13th October, 2022’ for the purpose of determining the eligible members for sub-division of equity shares by a face value of Rs.10 at face value of Rs. per share. 1 per share.”
