Ex-Sub-Division Share Capital: Authorized Share Capital- Rs. Divided into 15,50,00,000 15,500,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each, paid-up and subscribed share capital- Rs. Divided into 14,83,62,000 14836200 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.
After sub-division share capital: Authorized Share Capital- Rs. Divided into 15,50,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs.155000000. 1 each, paid-up and subscribed share capital- Rs. 14,83,62,000 divided into 148362000 equity shares of Rs. 1 to each.
“This is to inform you that in accordance with Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the company has fixed the record date for the purpose of sub-division of equity shares, as the 35th annual has been approved in the general meeting held on September 30, 2022,” the company said in a regulatory filing today.
