CM Thackeray had last week appealed to the organizers of the Dahi Handi festival to “set aside” the celebrations to avoid the spread of coronavirus and prioritize people’s health.
MNS workers on Tuesday organized ‘Dahi Handi’ programs at various places in Mumbai, Thane and Palghar defying the ban.
