Mumbai Police shares ‘memories of 2021’ in a video full of memes and puns

Mumbai Police has slowly built a reputation on social media by sending out important messages through funny memes and trends. As people look back to 2021 on social media through a mashup video of their memories, Mumbai Police also shared a “quick recap” of their favorite memories from that year. Taking to his social media handle, Mumbai Police posted a compilation video of various meme-laden social messages that he conveyed throughout the year. “A quick recap of our fondest memories of 2021 before we enter 2022,” the city police wrote in the caption of the video which were essentially shared during the 12 months of the year Covers 12 different important messages gone.

The 12 Months of the Year song from the musical group The Kiboomers plays in the background. As every month starting from January a different picture emerges with the name of the singer. In the video of the first month of 2021, Monalisa is seen sitting inside the car with seatbelts on. The Mumbai Police had conveyed the importance of following road safety rules.

The video also features a funny public appeal against drunk driving with a mention of a vodka company. The message on the December slide read, “We have ‘absolute’ confidence that you will not drive under the influence of alcohol.”

Obviously, the video is getting all kinds of appreciation from social media users. One of the comments read, “The admin of this page is legend! Happy New Year to Mumbai Police and many many thanks!”

“Amazing.. Whoever is the creator of this handle is really talented. Happy new year in advance, ”said another.

A third said, “The social media of Mumbai Police is on fire.”

The comment box was filled with heart emojis, with many users praising the city police’s continued efforts amid the pandemic.
