The new promo of Naagin 6 has been released and it promises that Naagin has changed for good. The promo reveals that the story now has a modern context, and starts in 2020. It shows a citizen of a ‘neighboring country’ poisoning the rivers leading to India and the serpent will come forward to save the country from danger.
In the promo, the narrator says, “In the year 2020, one attack pure will change the world.” The whole country is affected. A group of individuals, who appear to be scientists, priests and monks, are then seen sitting together discussing the reputation of the virus.
“Neighboring country will weaponize a virus and spread epidemic in every way (neighboring country will use a virus as a weapon of attack and cause worldwide disruption),” informs a suitable person. “Who will protect us from this? (Who will save us from this?)” asks a sadhu sitting at the table when the promo introduces the serpent.
“Zaher hi zahar ko kat hai (only poison can kill poison),” says the narrator as the serpent tries to heal the country with her magic touch. “This time not for herself, to protect the country, badal hai world, badl chuki hai naagin (This time, she will not protect herself but will protect the country. The world has changed and so is the serpent),” promo The narrator says at the end.
While neither the promo nor the makers have revealed who will play the new Naagin, fans are speculating that the actress who appeared in the promo was either Divyanka Tripathi. The names of both were mentioned in many comments. A fan commented on the promo’s post, “Mouni Roy Alisha Panwar Hai Naagin #Naagin6 will be a super duper hit.” Many fans also felt that Naagin seen in the promo is Bigg Boss 14 winner Rubina Dilaik.
