Nagaland minister Temjen Imna Along is known for his sense of humor and funny captions on social media. On Tuesday, he shared pictures of leak-proof bamboo bottles made in Northeast India, and the internet’s response to his tweet was overwhelming.

Higher Education and Tribal Affairs Minister shared pictures of beautiful sustainable bottles made of bamboo. He also praised the entrepreneurs of North East India who are working to tap the true potential of bamboo.

He wrote, ‘Not to give bamboo, to drink water from bamboo… Known as green gold, bamboo has unlimited potential and its use in making eco-friendly products will do wonders for Mother Nature.’ Congratulations to all the entrepreneurs of Northeast India who are working to tap its true potential.

The bottles shared by Mr. Along were made by DB Industries, an Assam-based company dedicated to bamboo products.

A few days ago, Mr. Along posted a joke about he was flying the helicopter Gone Viral, Triggered Laughter. Earlier the minister posted a intriguing valentine’s day messages on Twitter. In a tweet, the Minister for Higher Education and Tribal Affairs wrote, “Freedom is a gift that is not for everyone. Let us cherish our day. Hail Ekal!”
