Big Boss Telugu OTT
Telugu superstar Nagarjuna, who hosted three seasons of ‘Bigg Boss Telugu’ recently concluded the fifth season of the reality show. Now that the makers of ‘Bigg Boss’ have announced the ‘OTT’ format of the show, Nagarjuna will be hosting the first season as well. It is reported that ‘Bigg Boss Telugu OTT 1’ will go on floors in February 2022. It is reported that around 18 contestants will start out as prisoners to show their participation in the reality show. A 24-hour live feed for ‘Bigg Boss Telugu OTT1’ (Tentative Title) will be aired on Disney Hotstar.
Reports also suggest that the makers are working on remodeling the sets of ‘Bigg Boss Telugu 5’ to accommodate it for the upcoming ‘Bigg Boss Telugu Live’. At the same time, the makers of ‘Bigg Boss Telugu Live’ or ‘Bigg Boss Telugu OTT 1’ are working on the casting of the reality show.
In ‘Bigg Boss Telugu 5’, VJ Sunny won the title, while Shanmukh Jaswant was the runner-up. During its finale, Nagarjuna announced to host Nagarjuna that the OTT version of the show would start within two months. Nagarjuna, however, did not reveal much on the details.
Inspired by the recently hosted ‘Bigg Boss OTT’ Karan JoharThe makers of ‘Bigg Boss Telugu’ have been eyeing a special season for ‘Bigg Boss Telugu OTT’ for quite some time now. The makers already had unseen episodes streamed on the OTT platform, which garnered a lot of attention from the audience.
Hence, the production team has decided to go with exclusive content from ‘Bigg Boss Telugu’ in the OTT version, which will be telecast 24×7.
As per a report in the sources, with the increased craze around the reality show, the makers are planning innovative games and campaigns to make the upcoming season more interesting.
