How to make Jhol Momos | Jhol Momos Recipe

To make momos, first take minced meat and add spices and garlic to it. Then prepare the dough for momos by kneading it with all purpose flour, salt and oil. Roll out this dough, pour in the filling and steam the momos.

Now take tomato puree for the jhol and cook it. Then add red chili, salt, black pepper, turmeric and ginger. Then when it starts to thicken, add water to it and let it boil. Take out this jhol in a bowl and pour momos on top!
