NIA Court says Bhima Koregaon accused planned to end Modi Raj

The National Investigation Agency court has said, “The accused of Bhima Koregaon had planned to eliminate Modi Raj in an incident like Rajiv Gandhi.”

On February 14, the court had rejected the bail pleas of Sagar Gorkha, Ramesh Gaychor, Honey Babu and Jyoti Jagtap. However, the detailed order was made available on Tuesday.

Special Judge DE Kothalikar referred to a letter dated April 18, 2017 which was allegedly issued to Prakash by ‘R’ i.e. co-accused Rona Wilson.

The letter said, “The Hindu fascist regime led by Modi is making its way into the lives of indigenous tribals. Despite major defeats like Bihar and West Bengal, Modi has successfully established BJP governments in more than 15 states. If this momentum continues, it will be a huge problem for the party on every front. More suppression of dissent and a more brutal form of Mission 2016 (OGH). com. Farmers and some other senior colleagues have proposed to take concrete steps to end Modi Raj. We are thinking on the lines of another incident like Rajiv Gandhi. It sounds suicidal and there is a good chance that we may fall but we think party PB/CC should consider our proposal. Targeting their roadshow can be an effective strategy. We collectively believe that the survival of the party is supreme to all sacrifices.”

The court observed, “The contents of the above letter prima facie speak that the Communist Party of India (M) was intent on dismantling the Modi-Raj i.e. Modi-led government. Not only this, they are targeting Mr. Modi’s roadshow to Mr. Were thinking of carrying out another incident like Rajiv Gandhi’s death. The Special Public Prosecutor has submitted that the manner in which the late Rajiv Gandhi died is known to all. If these allegations are justified in that case. taken into consideration, it shall have no hesitation in concluding that there is a prima facie case against the applicants that they have committed an act with intent to endanger the unity, integrity or security of India. and with intent to spread terror among a section of the people in India by sovereign and by other means likely to cause death or injury to any person or persons.

The order said, “From the above letters and documents placed on record, it can be prima facie found that the applicants along with other members of the banned organization have tried to create unrest throughout the country and bring the government to power politically. A serious conspiracy was hatched for ,
