Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai said issues related to irrigation projects and development of northern Karnataka are likely to be discussed during the winter session of the assembly in Belagavi, beginning December 13.
He was at the Hubballi airport on his way to Shiggaon to cast his vote in the Karnataka Legislative Council elections on December 10.
On Mahadayi, he said that the matter is with the Supreme Court and steps will be taken to resolve it legally.
He said that more than ₹ 600 crore has been distributed among the farmers as compensation for crop loss.
