National Security Advisor Ajit Kumar Doval attended the Interfaith Conference for Communal Harmony in Delhi on July 30. The NSA highlighted the importance of dealing with the conflict environment in India. “There is an environment of conflict in the world, if we have to deal with that environment, it is important to maintain the unity of the country together. The way India is progressing, people of all religions will benefit from it.” Some elements are trying to create an environment which is hindering India’s progress. They are creating bitterness and conflict in the name of religion and ideology, it is affecting the entire country and spreading outside the country too,” he said.
