Irrespective of the team they represent in IPL 2022, it is heartening to see the bond between the players. Another case of mutual respect between the players came to the fore after the Royal Challengers Bangalore vs Chennai Super Kings IPL 2022 clash on Wednesday. The two greatest players of the league – Virat Kohli And dwayne bravo – Opponents were on edge, but that didn’t stop West Indies from praising their opponent and coming out in support for Kohli after a lackluster tournament by his so far lofty standards.
Bravo, who was not a part of the CSK playing XI for the match against RCB, took to Instagram after the game and gave a note to Kohli to go along with some pictures.
Bravo captioned his post, “Enjoy life and appreciate greatness!
Bravo also posted three pictures. In the first, Bravo and Kohli are seen sharing a laugh, while in the second the two go on embracing each other with a text that reads – “IPL’s leading wicket-takers and leading runs in the same picture -scorer”.
The post not only garnered over 190,000 likes on Instagram, but it also went viral on Twitter.

In the overall standings, Kohli continues to top the run-scoring charts in the Indian Premier League. The former RCB captain has scored 6,499 runs at an average of 36.51. He has five centuries and 43 half-centuries to his name in the tournament.
However, this season Kohli has not been able to perform at his best. Kohli has faced criticism for his poor form and scoring rate. The RCB star has scored 216 runs in 11 matches at an average of 21.60 and a strike rate of 111.91.

Meanwhile, Dwayne Bravo tops the list of wicket takers among bowlers. West Indies have taken 181 wickets in 159 matches at an average of 23.86.
Bravo has been involved in the wickets this season with 14 wickets in just eight matches.
