Many people also use curry leaves and fenugreek seeds to make DIY hair masks. However, you should make a conscious effort to eat each of these three foods through curries, lentils or other dishes.

3) For premature graying – Nowadays gray hair is becoming a common problem among young people. so what to do? Namami suggests increasing your intake of vitamin B12 and B vitamins.
