Nutritionist Lavneet shares soup recipe that will improve hormonal function

Red Curry Noodle Soup is healthy as well as delicious, it contains many essential nutrients that our body needs. It is made from thick rice noodles, vegetables and fried tofu.

Let us first talk about the benefits as health is more than taste. Lavneet added that a bowl of this soup will keep energy levels high, satisfy hunger hormones, improve hormonal function and optimize the body’s metabolic rate.

“Very easy to make, full of flavor and satisfying enough to eat,” said Lavneet. Have a pot of this nutritious soup to add flavor to your eating habits. Here is the recipe:

Put a little coconut oil in a large pan on medium-high heat. When the oil is hot, add the tofu. Let it sit for as long as possible without moving and stir only after a few minutes. Heat it till it becomes light golden and crispy from all the sides.

Put oil, garlic and ginger in a large pot on high flame. Let it cook for 2 minutes.

Add chopped vegetables and red curry paste. Cook for another minute.

Add coconut milk, vegetable broth and salt to taste. Cover partially, and let simmer for 5 minutes.

Lastly add noodles and let it cook for 3 more minutes.

Add tofu and desired garnish. service tax.
