One apple a day: Shilpa Shetty outlines health benefits of apples

Recently, through the Instagram page of ‘SS App by Shilpa Shetty’, he told about the benefits of apple. In the caption, Shilpa said that apples are rich in fiber and antioxidants and consumption of fruits can reduce the risk of several chronic conditions including diabetes. He added that even those looking to lose weight “can count on apples as their nutritional companion”.

According to the post, here are the health benefits of apples:

2) This fruit is one of the best things to consume if you want to boost your immune system. This is especially important at a time when we are battling the coronavirus.

3) Apple also contributes in keeping your skin healthy. They promote skin health and make your skin glow, something you were always striving for.

4) One of the most important benefits say apple improves digestion. The fruit is loaded with fiber that contributes to preventing constipation.
