Advocate Sama Sandeep Reddy said Justice Surepalli Nanda of the Telangana High Court on Monday ordered K. Suspended the government order appointing Ramesh Reddy as director of medical education. The counsel submitted that the judge passed the direction in a writ petition. According to Mr. Sandeep Reddy, Dr. Ramesh Reddy was appointed as the temporary director of medical education about five and a half years ago. Earlier a writ petition was filed challenging his appointment. A HC judge had held the appointment not legal, citing the Telangana Subordinate Services Rules. This was finally confirmed by a division bench. Shri Sama Sandeep Reddy submitted that subsequently a writ was filed seeking a direction to declare the appointment illegal.
