Rajkot: A 20-year-old man was stabbed to death by the lover’s husband on Tuesday night. The deceased has been identified as Akhtari. pyaki,

According to police, Payek had an affair with Nancy, a mother of two who lives in the same neighborhood. Payak called Nancy and asked to meet him. They were sitting near Raiadhar police post when Nancy’s husband Dalwani saw them together and got furious.
Rasida said in her police complaint that Nancy came to her on Tuesday night and told her that Dalwani and another person had stabbed Payak several times. Payak was taken to the civil hospital where he died within minutes of being admitted.
According to the police, Dalwani had a heated argument with Payak over his relationship with Nancy and later he stabbed Payak 11 times.
According to Rasida, Nancy is a resident of Goa and she married Dalwani a few years back. Payak had a love affair with her in the past and both Dalwani and Payak had an argument over the issue. After the intervention of some people, the matter was settled. However, the relationship between Payak and Nancy was only recently resumed.
