Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel on Monday hit out at Hindu organizations boycotting the Shah Rukh Khan starrer film. Pathan On his controversial ‘Besharam Rang’ song saying that colors cannot determine one’s caste and religion.

“Saffron is worn only by those who have left home, family and society. But Bajrangi goons wearing saffron colored scarves have not made any sacrifice, rather they are extorting money by wearing saffron. Can not decide.” and religion,” Chief Minister Baghel underlined.

earlier this month, Madhya Pradesh Home Minister Narottam Mishra has objected to the song Having said that the songs of the film have been shot with a dirty mindset. Talking to the media in Indore, Narottam Mishra said, “The costume of the song is objectionable at first sight. It is clearly visible that the song of the film ‘Pathan’ has been shot with dirty mentality.”

Mr Mishra’s statement comes two days after the song was released.

“I don’t think it is right, and I will ask the director and producers of the film to fix it. Earlier also Deepika Padukone had come to JNU in support of ‘tukde tukde gang’ and hence her mindset has come to the fore. ” And hence I believe that even the name of this song ‘Besharam Rang’ is objectionable in itself and the way saffron and green are worn, the colors of the song, the lyrics and the title of the film are all not peaceful . It needs improvement. If this is not done, we will consider whether its telecast should be allowed in Madhya Pradesh. Now let’s see, all the people who have been told so far have improved. If this has not been done, we will consider. ,” she added.
