Amritsar: People were stuck in a traffic jam for hours on Wednesday due to the demonstration of a group of farmers at the establishment of Bharti Kisan Union (Sidhupur). Farmers were protesting for giving more bloggers for the land acquired for the National Highway project, Singapore for damages caused due to failure due to bad weather and to cancel the case filed against some farmers.
