Bank of Baroda (BoB) is going to host a mega e-auction of properties across India on 22nd October 2021. BoB recently tweeted about a mega property e-auction. Interested individuals can make the most of this e-auction and buy the property of their choice easily.
“Here’s your chance to buy a property of your choice! #BankofBaroda presents Mega E-Auction on 22nd October 2021, where you can easily get a property of your choice,” the lender tweeted.
During the mega e-auction of properties to be launched by Bank of Baroda, potential buyers and customers can fulfill their dream of buying property across India which includes houses, flats, office space, land/plots and industrial properties. .
Usually, the properties whose loans cannot be repaid, ie, properties in default, are put up for auction by banks. Such properties are auctioned by banks from time to time through the Information on Auction Pledged Properties of Indian Banks (IBAPI) portal.
Also note that this auction has been conducted under SARFAESI Act on October 22, 2021.

- Interested customers may visit the e-Backre portal of Auction Pledged Property Information of Indian Banks (IBAPI).
- A user can directly access the portal without registration/login.
- Prospective bidders can select the data segmented bank-wise and location wise across banks.
NS state Bank of India (SBI) is also conducting mega e-auction of mortgaged commercial and residential properties of defaulters on October 25 for recovery of bank dues.
