NS Audi The A4 has been one of the most popular nameplates in the luxury car market in India and is locally assembled at the company’s plant in Aurangabad.   1. Updated Looks: The 2021 Audi A4 facelift is definitely a beautiful looking car. The front end has been completely revised, which comes with a redesigned bumper and the signature single-frame grille is also wider, providing an aggressive look. The LED headlights are also new and the LED Daytime Running Lights (DRL) also get a new pattern, which sets it apart from the previous model.
  2. Revised Cabin: On the inside, the car is offered with a choice of colors – Atlas Beige and Okapi Brown. It also gets an all-digital Audi Virtual Cockpit, three-zone climate control, wireless charging, ambient lighting with 30 colors and a sunroof among others.

    The dashboard design is similar to the outgoing model, but the 10.1-inch touchscreen is all new.

  3. New infotainment system: The biggest highlight inside the cabin is the new 10.1-inch MMI screen. It is a brand new unit and gets smartphone connectivity in the form of Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The feel is very tactile, it offers a capacitive touch and is very easy to use.
  4. New Engine: The new A4 gets a new 2.0-litre turbo petrol engine under the hood that makes 187 bhp and 320 Nm of peak torque. The motor is mated to a seven-speed S-tronic gearbox.

Shortcoming

  1. Smaller wheels: The new Audi A4 gets 17-inch wheels as standard, while other rivals can be upgraded with bigger 18-inch wheels.

    The new Audi A4 will take on the Mercedes-Benz C-Class, BMW 3 Series and the Volvo S60 when launched in India.

  2. No Diesel Engine: The Audi A4 also continues with the brand’s no-diesel policy and gets a 2.0-litre TFSI petrol engine as standard.
  3. Still Looks Dated: Though the new Audi A4 has been updated with new and modern features, it still looks old compared to the competitors.
