The BJP said that earlier the Prime Minister had approved that the road from Bathinda in Punjab to Ferozepur was clear. “Then the protesters were allowed to enter the route. PM’s convoy stayed for 20 minutes. When contacted, Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi did not even speak to him.
