PM Kisan EKYC Last Date

The government had earlier extended the last date for completion of eKYC for PM Kisan beneficiary farmers, as the previous May 31 deadline was over. According to PM Kisan’s website, “eKYC deadline for all PMKISAN beneficiaries has been extended till 31st July 2022.”

How to complete the PM-Kisan eKYC process at PMkisan.gov.in

Here is the step by step guide to complete the PM Kisan eKYC process

Step 1: Firstly, visit the official webpage of PM Kisan https://pmkisan.gov.in/.

Step 2: Now, click on the eKYC option available on the right side of the homepage

Step 3: Once you are on the eKYC page, enter your Aadhar card Number, Captcha Code and Click on Search

Step 4: Next, enter the mobile number linked with the Aadhar card

Step 5: After giving all the required information, click on the option ‘Get OTP’. You will receive a One Time Password on the mobile number you entered earlier. Now, enter this OTP in the specified box

After this your eKYC process will be completed. In this regard it is to be noted that if you do not complete the eKYC process by 31st July, you will not be eligible to receive the next installment of PM Kisan.

How to do PM Kisan EKYC Offline

PM Kisan eKYC can also be done offline using biometric authentication. This can be done when the farmer visits the nearest Common Service Center (CSC) and shows his/her other biometric details. This is necessary to get the 11th installment of PM KISAN scheme. After the eKYC goes offline, an amount of Rs 2,000 will be deposited in the accounts of eligible farmers. If the beneficiary farmer gives wrong details, then he will be liable for the transferred benefit and will also have to pay penalty for the same.
