New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi took a taunt on Wednesday Congress The leaders protested in black clothes on August 5 and said that those who believe in “black magic” will never earn the trust of the people.

The prime minister was referring to the “black protests” by the Congress last week, which included party leaders Rahul Gandhi And Sonia GandhiWearing black clothes in protest against the government.
Protests were held on issues like price hike, increase in GST on essential commodities and unemployment.
While the male Congress MPs were seen wearing black kurtas, shirts, scarves and caps, the women leaders also wore black saris or suits. Party President Sonia Gandhi wore a printed crisp sari with a black border and a black blouse.
Dedicating the Rs 900-crore second generation ethanol plant in Panipat, the Prime Minister also attacked some opposition parties for indulging in freebies politics, saying such things would only harm the nation as it hinders investment in new technology.
