New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the 76th session of United Nations General Assembly in New York on Saturday.
In his speech, the PM focused on global challenges like the COVID-19 pandemic and terrorism. He also appreciated the role played by India at the global level in fighting the pandemic.
The theme of this year’s general debate is “Building resilience through hope of recovering from COVID-19, rebuilding sustainably, responding to the needs of the planet, respecting people’s rights and revitalizing the United Nations”.
