The roofline of the Porsche Maycan EV looks quite sporty.

The new Porsche Macan EV will sport split headlights featuring lamps at the top along with four horizontal LED strips. While it is covered with decals, detailing around the cluster. Then, there is additional lighting at the top part of the trapezoidal area in the bumper. The camouflage grille has also been kept under wraps while we are expecting Porsche to do away with the grille altogether, as seen in the Porsche Taycan. At the rear, the Macan look is easily recognizable and gets an active spoiler.

The profile of the SUV has tape-on panels to hide the lower part of the doors. And there’s another concealment piece that hides the back door window and the shape of the roof there. At the rear, the Macan look is easily recognizable and the hatchback gets an active spoiler at the base of the rear window. There are slim taillights on each side and a small lamp in the middle. Surprisingly, you also get to see fake exhaust tips on the back of this test mule, but we don’t expect the production model to get these.

The Porsche Macan EV will be underpinned by the Volkswagen Group’s premium platform electric platform.
